We recently purchased 2 used HAPPY multihead embroidery machines that had been stored, unused for 4-5 years. We were lucky to find this awesome service technician. He totally refurbished them, upgraded them from floppy to USB and got them running almost like new.

Al came in talked with me and we made a plan on getting familiar with the machine, a quick tutorial on materials and some homework to read later that night and we stared running jobs. Al was very detailed and helped me order a few valuable things I was missing for the next day of training. He showed me how to fix things when they happen and what to watch out for. We revisited things and went through a wide variety of jobs. By the end of the two days of training I was very confident to run, fix and maintain the machine. I'd recommend Al to anyone that's willing to listen and learn.
